  For debian free software guidelines. is necessary remove some prebuilt js files
  to comply  Debian policy. As a consequence, glances web ui isn't available
  please see: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=990340
 
  On the other hand, for Security reasons, in versions >= 3.1.3-1 glances 
  will binds to 127.0.0.1. If you want expose to the whole network, 
  you must be modify systemd unit file or (sysv init script) for glances 
  start with the correct bind address and set user and password

glances (2.0.1-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  HTML output was removed in glances 2.0 in favour of a dedicated web server.
  To run the web server you'll need to install python-bottle (listed in recommends).
  Run the web server calling glances with "-w" cli option, glances will listen on
  available ipv4 address (default port 61208):
